Yun Ye Shan® Mushroom Hot Pot Soup Base

Edible Methods:
● Soup Base:Hotpot / Soup: Add 2–3 L of water or fresh bone broth into a pot, add one packet of this seasoning, bring to a boil, then cook various ingredients. Vegetables, meats, and meatballs can be added; cook thoroughly before serving.
● Noodles: For rice noodles, vermicelli, noodles, hotpot, or wontons, add an appropriate amount of this seasoning to the soup base according to taste, bring to a boil, then add ingredients and cook until done.
● Stews: For chicken, ribs, or meat stews, blanch the meat first; add cooking wine to remove odors, then add 2–3 L of water or bone broth and an appropriate amount of this seasoning. Simmer over low heat until tender and aromatic.
